July 15th, Vantaa Day


After arrival at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, we met Mrs.Liisa Laine-Tirronen, Tourism Secretary in city of Vantaa Business Development.  She gave us a warm welcome and took us to visit Flamingo Entertainment  which is located near the airport.

Here the numerous sauna left me a deep impression, There are Finnish-and biosauna, stone-and spruce wood sauna etc.  People can choose dry or wet or high temperature sauna according to their different age, body mass, with the personal preferences.  Sauna bathing is a special way, both cleaning and treatment of skin diseases in two ways.  It several times through the series of alternating hot and cold can relieve pain, loose joints.  On the skin, because the steam bath the skin during the remarkable expansion of blood vessels, excessive sweating, blood circulation improvement, perspiration helps the body excrete waste, thus to the skin in various organizations to get more nutrition It’s the sauna culture in Finland. Many young parents swam and played with their children.  We also experienced 25-minutes partial treatment which relax muscles, relieves muscle and joint pain, and make us refreshed after the long flight journey.
